We reserve the right of selection in every litter of first pick female or male. After a puppy application has been received and followed by a phone conversation, new owners are placed on a list. Deposits are accepted after pups are 2 weeks old and are non refundable. We DO NOT use the "1st pick, 2nd pick" method of selection. All pups are temperament tested at 7 weeks old and placed in homes by US based on results and family needs. We are with our pups from birth to 8 weeks and know them better then a new owner spending 1 hour watching them play in person. Because some of our pups are placed as service and show prospects our selecting ensures the right home is chosen for the right pup. We take into account the new owners input and use all information in placing. We do not place puppies on social media nor without application and phone vetting. ALL pups produced from MCL are required to be returned to us (not rehomed without our knowledge) for whatever reason. We DO NOT want any of our pups placed in a Humane Society or rescue.
We have live camera viewing 24/7 from birth to 8 weeks. It's fun to watch pups grow and interact with each other/momma. It also gives new owners an idea of size, temperament and routine prior to going home. We do not allow any outside visitors until pups are vet checked and have received their 1st DHPP vaccine just before 8 weeks of age.
All puppies come with AKC Preregistered (Limited), Micro Chip (we are secondary contact), Health Warranties, copies of sire and dam clearances/titles,1st puppy booster with vet exam, worming and bag of current puppy food. We do not ship puppies.
